Graffiti Remover

This is a modern formulation, based on biodegradable, low toxicity, low volatility solvents.  The solvent used give a product which is more effective and less dangerous than traditional paint removers, which use methylene chloride or similar volatile compounds.  This product is not regulated for transport and has a low volatility, so that harmful levels of vapour are not reached under conditions of good ventilation.  The ingredients are not C.O.S.H.H. listed.  This product is free from materials associated with ozone layer damage.
