The A17 vacuum cleaner is powerful, multifunctional, and easy to handle. It has been designed to vacuum solids, liquid waste and dust.
It is ideal where electricity is either absent or prohibited. In some cases, it can be a valid and economical alternative to flameproof three phase electric vacuums.
The pheumatic suction unit has no moving parts and is therefore not subject to wear. It requires only the minimum of maintenance.
A17 has been designed and built to obtain maximum efficiency with the minimum of air consumption.

Features Include:
- Strong, solid structure made up of top quality materials
- Frame featuring wheels with bearings and parking brake, exclusive release system and accessory carrier.
- Wheel mounted container, with a 60/100 1. capacity.
- Antistatic filter, with 1.95 sq.m (category G) guaranteeing high filtration efficiency.
- External manual filter shaker, to keep the vacuuming efficiency constant.
- Silenced suction unit, for user comfort.
- Pressure governor, for safety.
- Antistatic 3/8” feed pipe, able to withstand the working pressure required to run the A17.
- Antistatic, the A17 has been built in to comply with standard B1 for explosive powders classes ST1, ST2, zone 11.
- Antistatic accessories.

The A17 vacuum cleaner is particularly suitable for use in the following industries:

FUNCTION/DESIGN
Type H vacuums have been developed for the collection of hazardous dust and debris. Designed to be 99.97% effective on filtration. Each hazardous vacuum cleaner is individually tested and provided with it’s own individual Certificate of Filtration Efficiency. Comprehensive choice of tools are available for all of the hazardous vacuums.
USAGE AREA
Anywhere where hazardous dust or hazardous materials are present. Printing companies, removal of asbestos, finely divided silica, carcinogens and highly active pharmaceutical products.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Available in 240 and 110 V in mains electric or compressed air.
