Coolant Vacuums
|
|
|
|
Coolant vacuums separate solids, such as swarf, from liquids and are used extensively in many diverse industries.
The range starts with the 100 litre Ecominor increasing in capacity to the Mark 5 and battery operated machines which can hold over 2000 litres. The machines are available with power modules from 2kw to 12kw or battery power.

EcoVac 200/300
The EcoVac can operate on a continual cycle of suction, filtration, recycling and discharge. Swarf and solids are collected in a separate interceptor for easy disposal when cleaning machine tools with no break in production.

Mark 5
From 310 to 500 litres, removes coolant, swarf, oil and solids, then filters and separates for recycling or disposal.

Battery Operated Mark 5
Also available in battery operated version, using a single battery source for traction and suction, the Mark 5 can operate in any area, moving the heaviest of loads with no health and safety concerns. With coolant tanks from 500 to 2000 litres, you can clean the largest of machine tool sumps in one continuous operation. Split tanks for clean/dirty cycle are also available.

Tramp Oil Separator
Tramp Oil Separators remove tramp oil from coolants in a variety of applications. These include machine tool sumps, component washing systems and quench tanks. The Tramp Oil Separator runs continuously, while the host machine is in operation.
