The ‘FaST’ System
T3, T5 & T7 Scrubber Dryers

The T3, T5 & the T7 benefit from the optional FaST System. (Foam Activated Scrubbing Technology)

FaST is an award winning, revolutionary new system which is one sure way to increase productivity in your cleaning operation and to dramatically reduce - even eliminate - the costly, time-consuming dump/fill cycles that are part of today’s conventional auto scrubbers.  The FaST scrubbing system extends your scrubbing time by up to 400% longer, thereby shortening the completion time on jobs and opening up operator’s time for other tasks.

The FaST System

FaST technology means that the Tennant T3, T5 & T7 use water so sparingly, a little more than 1 tablespoon of water to clean 1 square metre to create a cleaning foam.

Tennant’s self-collapsing foam is the biggest scrubbing breakthrough in decades - giving extremely low water consumption.

The Tennant T3, T5 & T7 keep you going up to 4 times longer on that one tank of water, cleaning longer then ever before without refill!

Maximum cleaning performance: minimises your cleaning costs per square metre and maximises the machines uptime.

Using the on-board FaST-PAK cartridge (containing enough cleaning solution to last for weeks) the system draws tiny amounts of concentrate and mixes it with water and compressed air to create the FaST foam.  The foam lasts long enough to thoroughly clean.  It then rapidly collapses in on itself and returns to a liquid state resulting in cleaner and completely dry floors, providing more safety.  In addition, Tennant FaST machines are flexible, as they can also be operated as a conventional scrubber dryer by simply switching off the FaST system.

FaST technology means you no longer need large drums of chemical to messily mix with water to clean your floor, simply install a FaST PAK cartridge into the machine, add water and clean for up to 80 hours!  Cleaning made simple!

Significant Savings
And, of course, when you shorten the time spent scrubbing, you immediately start saving.  With FaST, the savings come from a reduction in labour costs as well as reduced detergent waste and shipping cost.  By moving from less productive, conventional detergent programs, to FaST Foam Scrubbing Technology, you’ll achieve significant savings.

Simple To Use
Along with savings, comes simplicity.  With the FaST-PAK, detergent measuring is eliminated so there’s no messy mixing.  Operators simply install a FaST-PAK cartridge containing enough cleaning solution to last a few weeks.  Best of all, because less solution is used than with conventional systems, it’s better for the environment - and for your bottom line.

Same Machines
FaST technology is incorporated on proven, popular, reliable scrubbers.  In addition, FaST machines are flexible.  They can be operated as a conventional scrubbers (for application of restorers, clear water rinsing, etc.) by simply switching off the FaST system.

Safer Floors
And because FaST uses less water, floors cleaned with FaST dry quicker than floors cleaned with conventional scrubbers.  This means they’re safer to walk on much sooner after they’ve been cleaned.

Superior Technology
With the FaST patent pending system and engineered Self-Collapsing Foam, you can use cutting edge technology to improve your operation - and your bottom line.

So don’t let messy, time consuming dump/fill runs cut into your cleaning operation’s efficiency and productivity any longer.  The time has come to realize the savings and ease of use that come with the greatest scrubbing breakthrough in decades.  The time has come to get FaST!

FUNCTION/DESIGN
A scrubber dryer is a combination machine which can either be pedestrian or ride on.
It puts water and detergent from the clean water tank down to the scrubbing unit, then using the rotating scrubbing brushes or pads, agitates the dirt on the floor.  The drying unit on the machine then dries the floor using the squeegee/s and the vacuum, sucking the dirty water into the recovery tank ready for emptying.  The floor is left perfectly dry and clean.

USAGE AREA
A scrubber dryer is normally only for internal use on relatively smooth and level or even floors, such as terrazzo, plastic ceramic, tile, concrete, non-slip surfaces, thermoplastic, linoleum, rubber, painted floor surfaces, marble, sealed wood floors.
Scrubber dryers are perfect for use on warehouse floors, sports halls, hallways, car showrooms, reception areas, kitchens, canteens, factories, food processing plants, religious buildings, logistics centres, prisons, gyms, swimming pool areas, changing rooms, dairies, patisseries, bakeries, distilleries, breweries, abattoirs, bus/coach companies, hospitals, supermarkets, shopping centres, squash courts, garages, superstores, tennis courts, foyer areas, marble floors, airport terminals, exhibition centres, arenas, cafes, fish & chip shops, community centres etc.

GENERAL INFORMATION
