Current Vacancies

Job Title: Accounts & Service Administrator

Main Purpose of job: Manage the debtors and plan the customer services plus purchasing and ordering parts.

Relationships:
1.     Responsible to the MD
2.     Responsible for organising the service engineers visits
3.     Liaison with the service engineers
4.     Liaison with the customers and suppliers

Main task of the job:

Control all aspects of the debtors ensuring payments are tracked and entered onto the system

Organise customers services using the database

Ensure customers receive invoices for servicing

Order and control all parts requirements including raising the PO on Sage and arranging carriage and checking deliveries

Process sales orders

File all sales, purchase invoices, PO’s and administer the post

Check purchase statements

Calculate engineers hours and send to Trio

Help the other staff during vacations and absence

The above is not an exhausted list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your job role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the company.
