Mark 5

The Mark 5 is the latest version of a machine that has developed over 30 years, and has always been the leader in it’s class.  Its extraordinary versatility makes it still indispensable in today’s modern machine shop.

All units are designed to remove coolant, swarf and oil from machine tool sumps, to separate the particulates, and to return filtered coolant for re-use or disposal.

The mobile units are available from 220 litre to 1000 litre with powered traction, pedestrian or tow-bar options.

Our considerable experience enables us to cater for specific customer applications, designing and supplying bespoke products.

SUCTION AND RETURN
Suction rate of the Mark 5 is over four litres per second.  The return rate is approximately two litres per second.

TIPPING FILTER
The Mark 5 tipping filter facility enables quick and easy removal of the 57 litre filter basket.

OVERFILL PREVENTION SYSTEM
A float assembly automatically stops suction when the tank is full, protecting the motors.

MOTOR ASSEMBLY
Motors and blowers create a vacuum for suction and pressure for return.  Available in 240 volt, 415 volt, 110 volt and 48 volt DC options

FOUR WAY VALVE
To change from suck to blow simply move the four-way valve lever.  The machine is immediately put into return mode, without having to stop the motors.

PAINTWORK AND HOSES
The paintwork and hoses meet British standard oil and acid resistant specification.

All performance figures are taken from machines selected at random from stock, using standard length hoses and tested at ground level.  Performances have a tolerance of +/- 10% and refer to free atmospheric air at 1 bar (abs) and 20 degrees celecius.

FUNCTION/DESIGN
Heaviest duty vacuums available for the most demanding of industrial cleaning tasks.  An industrial vacuum is a highly manoevrable and robust machine, which gives superior cleaning performance.  Industrial vacuums can pick up wet or dry materials making them highly versatile.  We have industrial vacuum cleaners available for both internal and external use.

USAGE AREA
Industrial vacuums are particularly suitable for the following industries; textiles, engineering, manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, car manufacturing sites, metal working, production lines, pharmaceutical and glass manufacturing as well as for use in power plants.  Good for removal of swarf.  The enviro backvac is particularly suited to external applications, the collection of litter, leaves, and contaminated materials such as dog faeces.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Most machines are mains electric - although compressed air models, battery powered or three phase machines designed for continuous usage are available on request.  The enviro backvac is petrol driven.
