The 137 vacuum cleaner has been designed and built for industrial use, using up-to-date, modern technology ensuring reliable service for the most strenuous of indutrial use.
|

|
- Silent, thanks to CFM research into the use of correct material noise level is only 70db.
- Strong and robust, using the highest quality materials (steel-stainless steel-ABS).
- The chassis is fitted with wheels which have bearings and brakes, emptying is by use of a unique release system and a large accessory basket is fitted.
- A large star filter with an increase 1.95 sq. m (G category) filter area is fitted, giving high levels of filtration.
- The exterior manual filter shaker ensures constant efficiency.
- The control panel has illuminated switches, manometer and pressure switch, plus an extra electrical socket.
- The exhaust air diverter ensures user comfort and a large tool basket is also fitted.

The model 137 vacuum cleaner can be fitted with various filters, the polyester star filter (standard) for general applications, the Teflon coated filter for fine dusts, the Nomex filter for high temperature use (up to 240 degrees celcius) and the absolute filter with 99.999% efficiency (optional) for toxic material. An absolute filter (0.3 micron) is also available as an optional extra.
The model 137 vacuum cleaner is available in different versions in order to make it adaptable for vacuuming solids and liquids. For the recovery of corrosive substances it is advisable to use the container and the filter chamber in stainless steel. This model is particularly suitable for the building and ceramic industries, flyte and trim in the textile industry, plus powders and seed in the animal feed industry.

USAGE AREA
Industrial vacuums are particularly suitable for the following industries; textiles, engineering, manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, car manufacturing sites, metal working, production lines, pharmaceutical and glass manufacturing as well as for use in power plants. Good for removal of swarf.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Most machines are mains electric - although compressed air models, battery powered or three phase machines designed for continuous usage are available on request.
