The new 1450 ride on sweeper
IPC has introduced the new 1450 ride on sweeper, it’s a step up from the 1404 sweeper and has enhanced strength and performance due to the use of a fully hydraulic circuit.
It has a rot-proof polyester filter, a large sweeping path and low maintenance costs. This model uses the overthrow system for the collection of debris, and has a

rear dust tank. The company says it is particularly suitable for the collection of large and heavy debris.
The traction motor, main brush motor, side brush motors and the high dumping system are fully hydraulic and both have a specific radiator for the cooling of the hydraulic circuit.
A running time of more than 4 hours, which has been created for the heaviest duties to ensure the highest cleaning results even with the hardest dirt, as in the factories, the warehouses, the squares or the parkings.

Tornado Mini Bowser proves successful at the British Mountain Bike Race Series.

The Tornado Mini Bowser cold water pressure washer has been put to test under some of the toughest conditions at the British Mountain Bike Race Series; a series of mountain bike races throughout the UK for all ages and abilities.
|
|
|
|
|
|
The very portable Tornado cold water pressure washer is powered by a Honda GX120 engine giving 1500psi at 9 litre per minute. It provides almost 15 minutes washing time away from a water source. Complete with self cleaning filtration system, chemical pickup and a hose reel as standard with 15 metres of hose.
“The on-board tank makes it very versatile for its applications. It was very easy to move the pressure washer to different locations and very handy that I didn’t always need a tap nearby to be able to clean the bikes. It made the cleaning of 600 mountain bikes consecutively in a continuous 26 hours that bit easier” says the events cleaning & maintenance manager, Ben Tawse

The New ech2o Technology Is Now Available On The Tennant T7 and Tennant 15 Ride on Scrubber Dryers.
|
|
|
|
The ech2o technology activates water to perform like a powerful detergent. How does this work? The machine is filled with tap water then infused with highly oxygenated micro-bubbles which produces oxygenated water which is sent through a water cell where an electric current is applied. The charged water attacks the dirt helping it break into smaller particles, after approximately 45 seconds the charged water combines into normal water. All that is left in the recovery tank is plain dirty water. The ech2o technology can be now be used with the Tennant T7 & T15 ride on scrubber dryers as well as the Tennant T3 & T5 pedestrian scrubber dryers.
The benefits to this new technology are:
- User safety is improved as there is no need to handle chemicals
- Environmental, as no chemicals are used the machines become environmentally friendly
