Superminor

SUCTION AND RETURN
Suction rate of the Superminor is over five litres per second*. The return rate is approximately two litres per second.
INTERCHANGEABLE DRUMS
This feature enables one machine to efficiently deal with different tyoes of fluid without cross contamination.
OVERFILL PREVENTION SYSTEM
The float assembly automatically stops suction and pressure for return. Available in 240 volt 3kw, 415 volt 3kw and 110 volt 2kw options.
MOTOR ASSEMBLY
The bypass motors create vacuum for suction and pressure for return. Available in 240 volt 3 kw, 415 volt 3kw and 110 volt 2kw options.
TWO WAY VALVE
Enables change from suck to blow by simply moving the two-way valve lever.
SOLID 14 INCH WHEELS
These allow the Superminor to be manoeuvered over the roughest of factory floors.
PAINTWORK AND HOSES
All paintwork and hoses meet the british standard oil and acid resistant specification.

*All performance figures are taken from machines selected at random from stock, using standard length hoses and tested at ground level. Performances have a tolerance of +/- 10% and refer to free atmospheric air at 1 bar (abs) and 20 degrees celcius.

FUNCTION/DESIGN
Heaviest duty vacuums available for the most demanding of industrial cleaning tasks. An industrial vacuum is a highly manoevrable and robust machine, which gives superior cleaning performance. Industrial vacuums can pick up wet or dry materials making them highly versatile. We have industrial vacuum cleaners available for both internal and external use.
USAGE AREA
Industrial vacuums are particularly suitable for the following industries; textiles, engineering, manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, car manufacturing sites, metal working, production lines, pharmaceutical and glass manufacturing as well as for use in power plants. Good for removal of swarf. The enviro backvac is particularly suited to external applications, the collection of litter, leaves, and contaminated materials such as dog faeces.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Most machines are mains electric - although compressed air models, battery powered or three phase machines designed for continuous usage are available on request. The enviro backvac is petrol driven.
