The Tramp Oil Separator is designed to remove tramp oil from coolants in a variety of applications, including machine tool sumps, component washing systems and quench tanks.
The Tramp Oil Separator runs continuously, separating the oil from the coolant or water whilst the host machine is in operation.

Why prohibit bacterial growth?
High levels of Bacterial contamination in the coolant deplete the additive packages, destroying the chemical balance and performance of the coolant.
Regular use of this system controls Bacterial growth, extending coolant life.

MACHINE SPECIFICATION
FILTER MEDIA
Achieves highly efficient separation.
Lightweight removable basket enables the media to be easily cleaned.
THE RETURN
Cleaned fluid is returned via a 3 metre hose terminating in a magnetic fixing for easy attachment to the machine sump.
PUMP ASSEMBLY
The diaphragm pump is tolerant of particulates in the fluid. WIth a flow rate between 2.5 and 5.0 litres per minute and is available in 110 volt, 240 volt or compressed air options.
PRIMING SYSTEM
A simple priming system allows quick and efficient change from machine to machine. Large particles are removed by the coarse pre-filter protecting the pump and preventing blockages.
PAINTWORK AND HOSES
All paintwork and hoses meets British Standard oil and acid resistant specification.

FUNCTION/DESIGN
Heaviest duty vacuums available for the most demanding of industrial cleaning tasks. An industrial vacuum is a highly manoevrable and robust machine, which gives superior cleaning performance. USAGE AREA
Industrial vacuums are particularly suitable for the following industries; textiles, engineering, manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, car manufacturing sites, metal working, production lines, pharmaceutical and glass manufacturing as well as for use in power plants. Good for removal of swarf. The enviro backvac is particularly suited to external applications, the collection of litter, leaves, and contaminated materials such as dog faeces.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Most machines are mains electric - although compressed air models, battery powered or three phase machines designed for continuous usage are available on request. The enviro backvac is petrol driven.
