What does a floor scarifier do?
A scarifier uses spinning blades that are attached to a rotating drum to chip away at the top layer of a surface. This makes it ideal for removing ice in a cold store or removing grease and oil from a floor surface.
What surfaces can I use a floor scarifier on?
Floor scarifiers can be used on a range of floor surfaces, including industrial floors and concrete floors. We also have a diamond finisher model for preparing and maintaining marble, terrazzo, and other stone floors.
Can I use a scarifier on concrete?
Yes, you can use a floor scarifier on concrete floors. For more aggressive scarifying that is required for re-screeding and levelling, you can add additional ballast weights.
