The Makita backpack vacuum cleaner is a cordless, ergonomically designed machine with a hepa filter and brushless motor that gives an extended run time of 60 to 90 minutes.

Body Only Vacuum This vacuum is supplied as the body only and the batteries and charger are bought separately. The idea behind this is that the batteries will fit a wide range of Makita cleaning machines and not just this particular vacuum.

A Much Faster, More Efficient Clean Without the restriction of an electric cord this improves productivity by significantly reducing cleaning time by up to three times faster than if a corded machine is used.

A lightweight Machine Is key The vacuum with batters weighs about 9lbs which makes it about the right weight to make this a comfortable and safe machine to use on a regular basis without it feeling like a burden.
