Floors Weren’t the Only Things Getting a Glow-Up This Year
As we wrap up another whirlwind year at Clemas, we want to start with a genuinely heartfelt thank you. Your continued support has powered us through our busiest year yet! Thanks to you, our engineering team has grown stronger than ever. We now stand tall as a team of 19 brilliant Clemas members, and with that growth came a little… expansion. Two new stores for storage and workshop space, plus another two mobile workshop vans joining our fleet.
Gold-Standard Servicing
With more engineers and more machines to look after, we wanted to invest in ourselves. This year, we proudly promoted one of our senior engineers into a brand-new role: Training Manager. His mission? Ensure we set high standards and consistently look to achieve those high standards across the servicing team. Because when you rely on cleaning machines to keep your business running smoothly, “that’ll do” simply doesn’t do.
Our Frist Apprentice
Speaking of growing talent, we’ve been developing the skills of our first ever apprentice this year. He has absolutely thrived in our practical, hands-on environment, learning everything from diagnostic testing to learning how to put a machine back together. With his qualification nearly complete, we’re looking forward to seeing what he can achieve in 2026.
Hosting Open Mornings
One thing we pride ourselves on is that we’re not just a company. We’re people helping people. Real individuals solving real problems. That’s why we hosted our first ever cleaning machine open morning, which turned into a second… and private booking for one of our customers internal open morning (we suspect word got out about the biscuits). Each machine we supply has been carefully chosen by our expert team for its quality, efficiency and productivity. We hope everyone who visited left feeling supported, understood, and overflowing with fresh ideas for making cleaning easier, faster, and more enjoyable.
Workshop Troopers
Of course, behind the scenes, our workshop team has been putting in some serious graft. We spent weeks combing through stock records, fine-tuning every detail to ensure our inventory is as accurate as possible. It wasn’t anyone’s favourite job, but essential – and our workshop team absolutely powered through it. The result? Even better service and smoother operations for you.
Machine Milestones
On the machine front, it’s been a milestone year. We gave our scrubber dryer range a noticeable glow-up – including launching the new DRYFT scrubber dryer, which has already become a bit of a favourite. We also expanded our robotic cleaning machine range to meet the growing demand for smarter, automated cleaning. And for the pressure washer users, we began supplying battery pressure washers – setting a new standard for cleaning less accessible and remote applications
In every sense, it has been our busiest year to date! But here’s a little teaser… we’ve got some serious announcements stored up for next year. Rumour has it, 2026 might just be our best year yet.
